- use only your own account unless you are an authorized company representative using a company account.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
4. Description Of The Service
JobNRoll is a two-sided job marketplace that, based on the current repository, allows:
- candidates to create profiles, upload profile images, browse job listings, apply for jobs, and manage their account;
- company-side users to create company profiles, upload logos and job images, publish and renew job listings, review candidates, and manage paid credits or entitlements;
- public visitors to view some public company pages, job listings, and narrowed candidate profile pages;
- users to report content, block other users, export their data, and request account deletion.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
5. User Content And Content Licences
"User Content" means content you upload, submit, publish, or send through the service, including profile information, company information, job listings, photos, application messages, and moderation reports.
You keep ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and communicate that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
This includes, where relevant:
- displaying public job listings and public profile elements;
- storing and displaying avatars, company logos, and job photos;
- sharing application-related content with the relevant candidate or company user;
- using reports and moderation content to review abuse, safety, or policy issues.
You represent that:
- you have the rights necessary to submit the content;
- the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- the content does not infringe third-party rights or break the law.
6. Public Content
Some parts of the service are designed to be public or semi-public.
Based on the current implementation, this may include:
- public job listings;
- company names, logos, and related listing information;
- narrowed candidate public profiles with limited display fields;
- uploaded media associated with public-facing pages.
Do not upload information you do not want to appear in these contexts.
7. Acceptable Use / Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully or for fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or discriminatory purposes;
- post false job offers, scam offers, or content intended to exploit users;
- upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or invasive content;
- harvest or scrape the service or its users without authorization;
- interfere with the security, integrity, rate limits, or normal operation of the service;
- attempt to bypass payment or entitlement controls;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- submit personal data about another person without an appropriate legal basis;
- reverse engineer or misuse the service except where mandatory law permits it.
We may remove content, block access, or suspend accounts that breach these Terms or create legal, safety, or operational risk.
8. Intellectual Property
The service, excluding your User Content, includes software, designs, text, graphics, branding, and other materials that are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or by mandatory law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the service.
9. Third-Party Services And App Stores
The service depends on third-party services and platforms, including, based on the current repository:
- Supabase;
- RevenueCat;
- Google Sign-In / Google OAuth;
- Sign in with Apple;
- Google Places;
- Expo Push;
- Apple App Store;
- Google Play.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those third parties' own terms and privacy notices.
If you download the app through Apple App Store or Google Play:
- those platforms may impose additional terms on your download, payment, cancellation, refund, and device usage;
- Apple and Google are not responsible for the service itself, except to the extent mandatory platform rules say otherwise;
- Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms only to the extent required by their applicable store rules.
10. Paid Features / Billing / Refunds
The current repository shows paid features handled through app-store billing and RevenueCat entitlement management.
This means:
- pricing, product type, and availability may vary by storefront and offering;
- current purchases are one-time purchases, which may be consumable, non-consumable, or another one-time store-supported type depending on the specific offering shown to you;
- restore functionality may be available where supported;
- refunds may be handled by the relevant app store under that store's rules.
The current RevenueCat offerings are one-time purchases and are not auto-renewing subscriptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Availability, Maintenance, And Changes
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device or use case.
We may:
- carry out maintenance;
- deploy updates or security fixes;
- impose reasonable usage limits;
- change or discontinue features;
- require minimum supported app versions.
Where reasonably required, we may suspend access to protect users, the platform, or third parties.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with the service. By using the service, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled as described there.
13. Suspension, Restriction, And Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:
- you breach these Terms;
- your content or conduct creates legal, safety, security, fraud, or reputational risk;
- we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority;
- your account remains inactive and is deleted under an inactivity policy that has been disclosed to you.
You may stop using the service at any time. The current repository also includes in-app account deletion functionality, subject to reauthentication.
Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will continue after termination, including clauses on intellectual property, liability, dispute handling, and any accrued payment obligations.
14. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- that any candidate will receive a job offer;
- that any company will find a suitable candidate;
- the accuracy, legality, or completeness of content provided by users or third parties;
- uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits guarantees, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
15. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss;
- loss of profits, business, goodwill, or opportunity;
- loss arising from third-party content, third-party services, or your use of third-party platforms;
- content posted by other users.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the greater of:
- the amount you paid us for the relevant paid feature in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- EUR 100.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where non-excludable, death or personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
16. Indemnity
If you are using the service on behalf of a business, or if your unlawful conduct causes us loss, claim, or cost, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to compensate us for losses that directly result from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your unlawful content;
- your infringement of another person's rights;
- your fraudulent or misleading use of the service.
This clause does not apply to the extent the loss was caused by our own breach of law or these Terms.
17. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the competent courts of Athens, Greece will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in another competent court.
18. Consumer Rights Carve-Out
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection, unfair-terms, distance-selling, e-commerce, or other applicable laws in Greece, the EU, or your country of residence where those laws apply mandatorily.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the extent possible.
